Recognition at the Vietnam M&A Forum 

The Vietnam M&A Forum is an annual, high-profile event organized by Vietnam Investment Review under the direction of the Ministry of Finance, bringing together policymakers, experts, and leading domestic and international enterprises. With the theme “New Position – New Momentum”, the 2025 Forum highlighted Vietnam’s evolving market landscape, characterized by improved legal transparency, deeper capital markets, and increasing demand for corporate restructuring and M&A activities. 

Within the framework of the Forum, the Organizing Committee conducted an independent selection to recognize outstanding M&A advisory firms for the 2024–2025 period. RongViet Securities was honored as one of only three securities companies among 14 outstanding M&A advisory organizations, alongside leading advisory and law firms. Notably, RongViet Securities was also recognized as one of the “Outstanding M&A Advisory Firm for the 2009–2023 Period” underscoring its long-term and consistent contribution to Vietnam’s M&A market.

The awards were selected by an independent professional council based on stringent criteria, including transaction scale and complexity, advisory quality, execution capability, and value creation for clients and the broader market.
