The Best Companies to Work for in Asia is an annual award presented by HR Asia to recognize organizations with outstanding people practices, a positive corporate culture, and a workplace highly valued by employees.
Under the theme "People First Always," the HR Asia Awards 2026 highlights the central role of people at a time when digital transformation and artificial intelligence are reshaping every aspect of the economy and society. While technology serves as a powerful driver of productivity and innovation, people remain the fundamental force behind sustainable growth and the ultimate purpose of development.
Competing against 618 organizations participating in the assessment, RongViet was among 109 companies honored at the HR Asia Awards 2026. According to the organizer's Total Engagement Assessment Model (T.E.A.M) survey, RongViet once again achieved outstanding scores well above the market average across all three key dimensions: CORE (organizational foundation), SELF (individual experience), and GROUP (collective value).

According to statistics from the 9 editions of the HR Asia Awards in Vietnam, RongViet is currently the securities company with the strongest track record, having received multiple recognitions across various award categories.
The "People First Always" theme of the HR Asia Awards 2026 also reflects the principle that RongViet has consistently upheld throughout the development of its workforce.
As a financial and securities company operating in a dynamic market that demands strong professional expertise, adaptability, and disciplined execution, RongViet regards people as the organization's most valuable asset and the foundation of internal strength and long-term competitive advantage.
RongViet's people strategy is built on developing a workforce that is engaged, professional, and committed to continuous learning. The Company places strong emphasis on talent acquisition, training, and employee development, while encouraging every employee to take ownership of professional growth, broaden perspectives, continuously update knowledge, and adapt to changes in both the market and technology.
Training programs cover a wide range of topics, from professional knowledge and functional capabilities to leadership development and the application of emerging technologies in the workplace, particularly as digital transformation and artificial intelligence continue to reshape the global labour market. These initiatives provide a solid foundation for RongViet employees to remain resilient, agile, and proactive, reflecting the spirit of "The Resilience Revolution," one of the three assessment pillars of this year's HR Asia Awards.
A notable feature of RongViet's learning culture is that many training programs are delivered by internal experts. This approach promotes a culture of continuous learning while encouraging knowledge sharing across generations of employees, clearly reflecting the spirit of "The Skills Race."
