You can open an account online by accessing online account opening link, or clicking on “Open an Account” on our website/ iDragon trading website/ trading app.
After completing the steps to open an account online, a verification SMS and email will be sent to you. From this point, you can login to your account and experience our Products and Services.
If you have already had an Account Manager, please contact your Account Manager for support.

* Verification methods are ways to receive a verification code (OTP code) for online transactions performed on VDSC’s online trading system.
* The Verification code (OTP code) is a Two-factor-authorization code (excluding login password), used for all transactions made via the iDragon system.
* When opening an account, please choose one of these 3 verification methods: smsOTP/mailOTP/cardOTP.
- With smsOTP/mailOTP, verification code will be sent to your registered email/mobile:

• smsOTP: fee applies.
• mailOTP: is free of charge.

- With CardOTP: When opening an account, you will be provided with 01 OTP card/folder with a matrix of letters and numbers.
Eg: The system requires the Client to enter the verification code in A5, Client looks for column A and row 5 on the matrix card. Then, enter the digits where the column and the row meet. (The verification code includes 1 letter and 1 number).
*In the case of opening an account online and choosing cardOTP, VDSC will send an email titled “Account opened successfully” with the OTP card as an attachment. Please log into your email to download the attachment.
Attention: The first OTP card is issued free of charge. In case of loss, the fee for reissuing is 100,000 VND/time.

If you do not see the email from us, please check all your mailboxes, including Junk, Spam and Trask.
If you still do not receive any email, please contact us via our Customer Support Hotline (028) 6299 2020 or email cskh@vdsc.com.vn for support. 

According to the regulations of the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC), investors are allowed to open multiple securities accounts following the rule of one account at each securities company. Therefore, you are welcome to open an additional account here with us at VDSC.

• For Domestic Individual investors:

           - Securities account opening contract (for individual clients).
           - Copy of ID card.
           - Attention: The ID card must be within 15 years of validity.

• For Domestic Institutional investors:

          - Securities account opening contract (for institutional clients).
          - Certified copy of Business Registration Certificate/ Operating License.
          - Copy of ID cards of the representative and the organization’s related people.
          - Letter of Authorization (if available).
          - Other documents (if available).

Client is not required to sign every page of the Securities account opening contract.
In the case of signing each page, please follow these rules:
- For a one-sided printed contract: please sign on each page (except for the main page for signature).
- For a two-sided printed contract: you can either sign on each sign or on one side of the paper. 

You can create another password by choosing “Forgot your password” on the log-in page/ online trading app of VDSC. You can also contact our Hotline at (028) 6299 2020 for support. 

Please log in to iDragon online trading system -> Choose “ Account” -> Choose “Information” to change your password.
Attention: A password requires the minimum of 8 characters, distinguished between Uppercase and Lowercase letters, and must not contain special characters (+, -, *, /…). 

SmartOTP is the verification method compiled in the iDragon app, helping clients generate a one-time OTP code by themselves to make transactions on the iDragon system.
SmartOTP verification is completely free of charge.
