Conquering the challenging beach sand course at RongViet Runners 2026

One of the most anticipated highlights of every Team Building journey is RongViet Runners. This year, the race took place along Da Nang’s sandy beach at sunrise. No longer running on familiar flat routes, RongViet members challenged themselves on the resistance-filled sand course, which demanded endurance, determination, and a never-give-up spirit.

RongViet Runners Offline 2026 attracted 257 athletes from 20 teams, who collectively completed nearly 1,300 kilometers. In the refreshing atmosphere of Non Nuoc Beach, every step represented not only physical training but also a symbol of RongViet’s determination to overcome challenges and continuously move forward. The final results were measured not only by the number of kilometers completed, but also by the smiles, encouragement, sportsmanship, and commitment to improving health demonstrated by all participants.

Gala Dinner – A journey filled with emotions

The Gala Dinner opened with an emotional performance designed as a journey reflecting on RongViet’s 20-year development path.

From the inspiring melody of “Bay Lên Khát Vọng”, to the humorous vox-pop videos featuring employees before the “big moment,” and the youthful, vibrant atmosphere infused with the colors of Da Nang, everything came together to create an opening that was both touching and explosive. In particular, the song “Cảm Ơn Người Đã Bước Cùng Tôi” resonated as a heartfelt tribute to teammates who have stood side by side throughout the years. These emotions culminated proudly with the song “Hai Mươi” (Twenty), a tribute to RongViet’s 20-year journey of unity and continuous advancement.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Nguyen Mien Tuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, shared his thoughts: "RongViet’s Team Building journey did not begin tonight. It started back in early April with RongViet Runners 2026 and the passionate preparation of our Gala teams. I hope this spirit of enthusiasm, healthy competition, and determination will continue to spread strongly into our business activities, customer care, and customer development efforts."
