Service Descriptions

Disbursement/Debt Collections is calculated and balanced automatically following the rule: The total margin lending loan is equal to the sum of individual debts while applying the corresponding preferential interest rate for each debt daily.

• Principle of Disbursement:
  + Current debt before registering mplusDragon: subject to marginDragon interest rate schedule.
  + New debt due to buying under mplusDragon portfolio: prioritized disbursement at a preferential interest rate.
  + New debt not due to buying under mplusDragon portfolio: disburse to the debt applied marginDragon interest rate.
• Principle of Debt Collections:
  + Priority collection in order from the debt with the highest to lowest interest rate.
• Principle for Evaluating the Value of Preferred Securities:
  + The value of preferred securities will be re-evaluated if a matched stock sale under mplusDragon portfolio occurs within the day.
  + Preferred debt balance ≤ Total value of preferred securities.

Service Features

• Preferred debt balance: 5 billion VND per account.
• Preferred period: 3 months per account.
• No application simultaneously with other Interest-Free Programs.
• Eligible for multiple registrations during the program implementation period.
