Ta Nang Primary and Secondary School comprises three school sites in Ta Nang Commune, Lam Dong Province. For the 16th edition of the programme, RongViet visited K’Long Bong, a school site in a remote area that continues to face considerable challenges in terms of facilities. The school site currently has 90 students across three grade levels, most of whom are from ethnic minority communities, primarily the K’Ho and Chu Ru peoples. Despite limited teaching and learning conditions, the school and teachers continue working to maintain educational activities and support local students in their studies.
To help improve teaching and learning conditions, RongViet Securities worked with the school and relevant organisations to survey, repair and upgrade a range of facilities.
Specifically, RongViet funded the installation of a canopy; repairs to flower beds, the flagpole and restrooms; improvements to walkways; the installation of a water filtration system; and additional teaching and learning equipment, including desks, chairs, writing boards and a television. These improvements have helped enhance learning and daily living conditions while creating a better-equipped and more welcoming school environment for teachers and students.
The Company also presented 90 backpacks to the students as a gesture of encouragement and support for their continued efforts in education. The gifts and sponsored facilities under the programme had a combined value of more than VND305 million.

Alongside the facility improvements, RongViet donated a landscaping project comprising four Madagascar almond trees, stone tables and benches, and a hedge of red-tip photinia, with a total implementation value of nearly VND60 million. This initiative forms part of the “RongViet – For a Green Vietnam” project, implemented by RongViet to help promote environmental awareness and a commitment to sustainable development within the community.
Incorporating tree planting into the “Companion to School – Enabling Dreams” programme also conveyed the message of “Nurturing Trees – Nurturing People”. The newly planted trees will not only provide additional shade and contribute to a greener, cleaner and more attractive school environment, but will also grow alongside the students over time.
At the handover of the sponsored facilities to the teachers and students of K’Long Bong School Site, Ms Nguyen Thi Thu Huyen, Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, shared the following message on behalf of all Company employees: “During our visit to K’Long Bong School Site, we witnessed the considerable efforts of the school and teachers to maintain educational activities, nurture knowledge and care for students despite the many challenges they face. We hope that the support for facilities, equipment and auxiliary works will help provide a better-equipped and more conducive learning environment, giving the students further encouragement to continue confidently on their journey to school.”
