Below are the detailed terms and conditions for this special product: 

1. Registration Methods: 

• Via the iDragon online trading platform. 
• At VDSC transaction offices. 

2. Eligible Clients: 

• Clients holding active margin trading accounts. 
• Clients are currently subject to standard interest rates (marginDragon). 
• Clients with a minimum trading fee of 0.15%. 
• Accounts using etaDragon are eligible for registration if other conditions are met. 

3. Loan Limit: 

• Maximum debt per client: 5 billion VND. 
• Total program limit: 500 billion VND.

(*) Clients will be notified of specific fee amounts for cancellations or additional service usage, if applicable.

6. Important Notes:

• This service is only applicable to valid margin trading contracts.
• Clients registered for the m15Dragon service are not eligible for concurrent promotions.
• The terms of the margin trading contract remain unchanged.

7. Implementation Timeline:

The promotion is effective from November 20, 2023, until the m15Dragon credit limit is exhausted or further notice of adjustments is issued.
